Upon full payment for our services, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design and content created specifically for them, subject to any third-party licenses incorporated in the work.
5. Free Website Mockup
WebRefreshPro offers a free website mockup as part of our services. The mockup is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The free mockup is for demonstration purposes only and does not obligate you to purchase our services.
We retain ownership of the mockup design until a service agreement is signed and payment is received.
6. Payment Terms
For paid services, payment terms will be specified in a separate service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of proposal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebRefreshPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our website
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebRefreshPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
